Solo Training
The Club facilities can be used for the purpose of Solo training sessions every Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 7:00am until 4:30pm, Tuesday & Thursday evenings between 4:00-6:00pm (upstairs only) and on Saturdays from 8:00am until 11:30am.
You will need to vacate the premises by 4:30pm during the week and by 11:30am on Saturdays to enable us to prepare the gym for the classes which take place.
There is presently no need to pre-book these sessions as they take place during the day/morning when the gym is less busy.
The cost per session is £5.00 which is payable at the front desk before you commence your training. Although, you are not required to become a member of the club, we do however require that on your first visit to the Club and annually thereafter you complete our Solo registration form which can be downloaded by clicking here.
